Researching intellectual property law in a changing technological world.

I am an Assistant Professor at the City University of Hong Kong School of Law. My research examines intellectual property law and theory, with a focus on trade secrets, unfair competition, copyright, trademarks, and the right of publicity.

I hold an SJD and LLM from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, an LLM from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and an LLB from the China University of Political Science and Law.
